About the High Point Series
Our inaugural High Point Show Series is a premier equestrian event on the Big Island. Over six shows from October 2025 to April 2026, English and Western riders will compete for points, prizes, and the prestigious High Point Title. This series is more than just a competition; it's a community-focused platform dedicated to celebrating horsemanship, fostering a love for the sport, and bringing riders and their families together.

Tier 1: Community Partner
This is the perfect entry point to show your support for the series and get your brand in front of our community.
Sponsorship Fee: $300
Sponsorship Includes:
Digital Recognition: Your company logo and a link to your website will be featured on the Waikoloa Stables website. We'll also provide social media and email newsletter mentions leading up to each event.
Onsite Announcement: Your company will be verbally recognized by our announcer at each of the six shows.
Tier 2: Event Supporter
Step up your presence with prominent onsite branding that ensures your business is seen by every attendee.
Sponsorship Fee: $600
Sponsorship Includes:
Onsite Pop-Up: An onsite pop-up at each of the six events, including a table and two chairs for easy setup and breakdown.
Event Signage: Your logo will be featured on a dedicated banner placed in a high-traffic area at all six shows.
All Tier 1 Benefits: You receive everything in the Community Partner package, including digital and onsite recognition.Add your pricing strategy. Be sure to include important details like value, length of service, and why it’s unique.
Tier 3: Series Champion
This is our premium sponsorship level for brands that want to be front and center as a key partner of the High Point Show Series.
Sponsorship Fee: $1,250
Sponsorship Includes:
Onsite Pop-Up: An onsite pop-up at each of the six events, including a table and two chairs for easy setup and breakdown.
Arena Signage: Your company logo will be featured on a large banner prominently displayed in the arena for all six shows.
Step and Repeat Banner: Your company logo will be featured on the winner's circle banner, ensuring visibility in all photos and social media posts of the series winners.
All Tier 1 & 2 Benefits: You receive all benefits from the lower tiers, including digital recognition and event signage.
Tier 4: In Kind Donation
We welcome a wide range of donations that help us run a top-quality event. Whether you can provide show ribbons, trophies, photography services, feed, or other essential supplies, your contribution helps us directly lower our costs and keep our programs thriving.
As an In-Kind Sponsor, your business will receive recognition aligned with the value of your donation, including:

Show Day Announcements: We will announce your sponsorship and thank you for your generosity throughout each horse show.
